	FAQ Frequently asked questions 1. Is your shoe polish machine of high quality ? Yes, the Flexam Shoecaddy 600 and 850 series are both made in the Netherlands out of steel and high quality componants. We do have 55 years of experience. You cannot compare them with low cost shoe polisher, made out of plastic. 2. Does the machine come with shoe creme ? Yes, it does. It contains 500ml of natural shoe creme in a dispenser. Just touch the dispenser with the nose of your shoe and a small layer of shoe creme will be spread on your shoe. Of course, the use of the creme depends on the number of shoes, but one creme dispenser normally will last for 6 months easily. And once the machine is in use for some period, the brush contains also some creme, so the results gets even better. You can order 6 refill 500ml shoecreme, to be sure. The natural shoe creme can be used for all shoe colours. 3. Does the machine needs any special maintenance ? No. These machines are maintenance free. 4. Are there local agents in my country ? No, to reduce unneccessary costs, all machines are sent directly to companies or privat endusers. There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). 5. How much is the shipping cost ? The cost is charged depend on your actual order details. Because different quantity and different delivery way would lead to different cost. We can arrange every kind of shipments to all over the world in good prices. Because we have long-term cooperation agreement with different transport companies. 6. What is the time of delivery ? Our machines are produced in series, so most of the time we deliver from stock. 7. Can I choose any colour ? Yes, you can, for a small extra fee wecan adapt the machine to any prefered colour. 8. Can you put my logo or message on the machine. Yes, just sent us the details by email and we inform you what is appropriate. 9. Does the machines run on 50 and 60 Hz. ? Yes, the machine is fitted normally on 230 volts, single phase, 50/60 Herz. For any other voltage, just let us know. 10. What is the first step if we want to buy a machine from you ? Choose the items you prefer from our website then send us a detailed enquiry which including the number, model and voltage, the required colour if not standard, as well as the number of refill shoe creme. As well the message or logo on the machine, if required. 11. How will the package be ? a. Each machine is protected by an individual carton box, ready to be shipped. 12.
